By purchasing any product from WudelMbois (“Seller”), you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:
Product Descriptions and Understanding
- You understand that it is your responsibility to carefully read all product descriptions, specifications, and related information provided by the Seller before making a purchase. This includes understanding the features, components, and purposes of the product.
- You acknowledge that you have thoroughly reviewed any available documentation, descriptions, and any associated materials related to the product you are purchasing.
Graphic Assets and Refund Policy
- Once a product containing graphic assets, such as Mockups, Add-ons, PSD templates, Logo templates, and related content (“Graphic Assets”), has been purchased, refunds for the Graphic Assets are generally not offered, except under the circumstance of a data defect that significantly affects the usability or functionality of the Graphic Assets.
- In the event that a data defect is identified within the Graphic Assets that you have purchased, you are entitled to request a refund within the specified timeframe mentioned in our refund policy.
Data Defects
- A “data defect” is defined as a substantial error or issue within the Graphic Assets that renders them unusable or substantially impairs their intended functionality.
- To request a refund due to a data defect, you must provide evidence of the defect and adhere to the refund request process outlined in our refund policy.
Refund Request Process
- In case of a data defect, to initiate a refund request, you must contact our customer support team within the stipulated timeframe with a detailed description and evidence of the defect.
- The Seller reserves the right to assess the validity of the data defect and determine whether a refund is warranted based on the provided evidence.
Other Terms
- The terms and conditions mentioned herein are in addition to any specific terms associated with each product or license agreement. In case of any discrepancies between these terms and product-specific terms, the latter shall prevail.
- These terms and conditions are subject to change at the Seller’s discretion. It is your responsibility to stay updated with the most recent version of these terms at the time of your purchase.
By completing a purchase with the Seller, you affirm that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

License Terms Use
Personal License Agreement
This Personal License Grant of Access (“License”) is a legal agreement between WudelMbois (“Licensor”) and You purchaser (“Licensee”) for the graphic assets, including but not limited to Mockups, Add-ons, PSD templates, Logo templates, and related content (“Graphic Assets”).
Grant of License:
- Licensor grants Licensee a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and limited license to use the Graphic Assets for personal purposes, subject to the terms and conditions outlined in this License.
Permitted Uses:
- Personal Use: Licensee may use the Graphic Assets solely for personal needs, such as personal presentations, personal projects, and non-commercial activities.
Prohibited Uses:
- Commercial Use: Licensee may not use the Graphic Assets for any commercial purposes, including creating products for sale, advertising, or promoting business activities.
- Redistribution or Sharing: Licensee may not redistribute, share, or offer the Graphic Assets in any way, whether for free or for payment, on any platform.
- Modification for Redistribution: Licensee may not modify or customize the Graphic Assets with the intention of redistributing them, even for personal purposes.
- Reselling or Licensing: Licensee may not resell, sublicense, or license the Graphic Assets to others, whether in their original form or as part of a derivative work.
- Trademark or Logo: Licensee may not use the Graphic Assets as part of a trademark, service mark, business name, or logo design.
Ownership and Copyright:
- Licensor retains full ownership and copyright of the Graphic Assets. This License does not transfer ownership or grant Licensee any intellectual property rights beyond the usage rights specified herein.
Commercial License Agreement
This Commercial License Grant of Access (“License”) is a legal agreement between WudelMbois (“Licensor”) and You purchaser (“Licensee”) for the graphic assets, including but not limited to Mockups, Add-ons, PSD templates, Logo templates, and related content (“Graphic Assets”).
Grant of License:
- Licensor grants Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and limited license to use the Graphic Assets for commercial purposes, subject to the terms and conditions outlined in this License.
Permitted Uses:
- Editing and Modification: Licensee may edit, modify, and customize the Graphic Assets to suit their specific needs.
- Commercial Use: Licensee may use the Graphic Assets for commercial purposes, including creating printed materials, digital designs, advertisements, and products for sale.
Prohibited Uses:
- Redistribution as Free Files: Licensee may not redistribute, share, or offer the Graphic Assets for free, whether individually or as part of a package, on any platform.
- Reselling on Other Websites: Licensee may not resell, sublicense, or make the Graphic Assets available for purchase or download on other websites or platforms, whether in their original form or as part of a derivative work.
- Trademark or Logo: Licensee may not use the Graphic Assets as part of a trademark, service mark, business name, or logo design.

- Licensor retains full ownership and copyright of the Graphic Assets. This License does not transfer ownership or grant Licensee any intellectual property rights beyond the usage rights specified herein.
Exclusive License Agreement
This Exclusive License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between WudelMbois (“Licensor”) and You, the purchaser (“Licensee”), for the graphic assets, including but not limited to Mockups, Add-ons, PSD templates, Logo templates, and related content (“Graphic Assets”).
Grant of License:
- Licensor grants Licensee an exclusive, non-transferable, and limited license to use the Graphic Assets for commercial purposes, subject to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement. This exclusive license means that no other individuals or entities will have access to the same Graphic Assets under this Agreement.
Exclusive Ownership:
- This Exclusive License is a unique opportunity for Licensee to secure an asset that is purchased only once. Once acquired, the Graphic Assets will be marked as “sold out,” and the exclusive rights to use and possess the asset will belong solely to Licensee. This exclusivity ensures that no other individual or entity will have access to the same Graphic Assets under this Agreement, making them a distinctive and one-of-a-kind addition to Licensee’s creative toolkit
Permitted Uses:
- Editing and Modification: Licensee may edit, modify, and customize the Graphic Assets to suit their specific needs.
- Commercial Use: Licensee may use the Graphic Assets for commercial purposes, including creating printed materials, digital designs, advertisements, and products for sale.
- Branding: Licensee is free to use the Graphic Assets for branding purposes. This includes incorporating the Graphic Assets into their company or personal branding, such as logos, business cards, and promotional materials.
- Versatile Use: You are free to use the Graphic Assets for any need, whether it’s for marketing, promotional materials, website design, or any other creative projects. Licensee may also make the Graphic Assets a part of their brand identity.
- Sharing with Friends: Licensee is free to share the Graphic Assets with friends for personal use only. However, such sharing must occur on private communication channels, and Licensee must include the source link provided by Licensor when distributing to friends. This distribution is limited to personal sharing and cannot grant any further permissions beyond personal use.
Prohibited Uses:
- Redistribution as Free Files: Licensee may not redistribute, share, or offer the Graphic Assets for free, except for the limited distribution to friends as mentioned above. This includes distributing them on websites, social media platforms, or any other distribution channel that allows public access.
- Reselling on Other Websites: Licensee may not resell, sublicense, or make the Graphic Assets available for purchase or download on other websites or platforms, whether in their original form or as part of a derivative work.
Ownership and Copyright:
- Licensor retains full ownership and copyright of the Graphic Assets. This Agreement does not transfer ownership or grant Licensee any intellectual property rights beyond the usage rights specified herein.
By purchasing and using the Graphic Assets, Licensee acknowledges that they have read and understood this License and agree to be bound by its terms.
